When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after being placed. During busy seasons or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience while we hand-pour, pack, and prepare your order with care. During the hot summer months, we only take packages to the post office Mon-Thursday to ensure they don’t sit an extra day in the heat!
How will my order ship?
We ship all orders via USPS or UPS, depending on the size and weight of your package. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — stay tuned!
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
We start processing orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at [your email address]. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We do our best to package each order securely, but accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with photos of the items and packaging, and we’ll happily send a replacement or refund.
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Our local pickup place is located at Peach Whiskers Goods in Palm Desert, CA! When you select local delivery, you will receive a pickup instruction email including address, etc!
